CEO
Formerly Vice President, Product Development and Operations for a leading New England based Incentive Marketing company, as well as Managing Director, Northeast Region for an award-winning Atlanta based Incentive Company, has, during her 25 years in the industry created memorable and successful incentive programs for some of the largest corporations in the U.S.

to liaison between clients and the World Incentives IT Group, Wayne's primary role is the
management of the design,
implementation, integration and
enhancement of all World Incentives
Online Technologies and
Advanced Features.
Additionally, Wayne is responsible for
the management of non-standard client enhancements and
technical requirements, such as Single-Sign On,
Live Data Exchange, and
Management of Level III PCI Data.
Wayne is also a direct primary resource
in the sales cycle when client
requirements involving technical
innovation present themselves.
His marketing and incentive career spans 27 years, notably as
architect and manager of the on-line incentive compensation award
system for one of the nation's 10 largest banks. His prior experience includes stints at notable NYC advertising agencies, servicing national accounts such as U.S. Army, and Time-Life.

Abdul Rashid

Abdul is responsible for keeping all of World Incentives Client Award Sites functioning smoothly, for overseeing the Development Team, and for the deployment and management of technical requirements for new and existing on-line award programs.
With a background in data engineering and 30+ years experience in systems management, Abdul joins us from Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of individual incentive travel programs, as well as trip planning with award recipients, Carol works directly with all vendors and DMCs to ensure that all required services are budgeted, contracted and delivered. She is also charged with overseeing all aspects of program logistics, ensuring seamlessly and successfully operating programs.

Gaye is a true "numbers" person who brings order and control to our Accounting and Payroll Departments.
